The Rosenbach Museum and Library hosts an assortment of activities for children throughout the year. Here are some annual events for kids and famlies. Please check the Events page for detailed information about upcoming programs.
Dracula Parade
October 27, 2007 - 5:30pm
Join the Rosenbach and Spiral Q Puppet Theater for
a larger-than-life Dracula puppet parade through the streets
of Center City! A pageantry of giant puppets and outrageous props bring
the novel - and its mythology - to life. Children and adults are encouraged
to come early for a chance to don a Spiral Q costume and be in the
parade!

Wild Things Whirligig
late March/early May
Get wild at the Rosenbach with this dynamic, interactive performance for families including music and movement inspired by the wonderful works of Maurice Sendak! Designed and presented by theater director, performer, and composer Karen Saillant, the Whirligigi is performed multiple times each spring and is geared for children ages five and older. Be sure and sign up in advance, as performances sell out quickly. Free with museum admission.
