Draw inspiration from our Creature Comforts exhibition to create keepsakes you’ll treasure for a lifetime. In the Watercolor Studio, we invite you to hand-color creatures reproduced from books on display in the exhibition. You’ll learn more about watercolor techniques, early scientific pursuits in Philadelphia, and natural history. Drop in for a few minutes or a few hours to paint. Come back as often as you like!

Artist Rebecca Hoenig will be on hand to provide beginners and experts alike with encouragement and tips. Paints and other supplies provided. No experience necessary. Free for members! Included with general admission. No RSVP required.
