Every October, the Rosenbach—home of Bram Stoker’s original research notes and outlines for Dracula—brings you another chilling Dracula Festival, a month-long series of events inspired by Stoker’s classic novel and the iconic figure.

2010 Dracula Festival Schedule

September 8 – October 31

Even dead (or un-dead), Dracula has had a long and eventful life. It was originally published in 1897 and has never gone out of print. This exhibition will highlight a selection of Stoker’s notes to the novel, as well as examples of later works inspired by this classic tale of terror.

September 15 and 19, October 13 and 27, November 10

Join us as we dive into Bram Stoker’s Dracula, the novel that started it all.

This informational presentation gives you a chance to meet the exhibition curator and get the inside scoop on our exhibition Dreadful Things Happen: Maurice Sendak and the Brothers Grimm.

Create your own fantastical tales inspired by the works of Bram Stoker and the brothersGrimm.

Registration: $40; $30 for members and students with valid studentID.

Join us for a special Hands-On Tour featuring Bram Stoker’s notes to Dracula and a discussion of what it takes to create an enduring monster.
