Overview

In
2004, the Rosenbach unveiled a permanent gallery dedicated to showcasing
highlights of the collections during its 50th-anniversary celebration.
The Highlights Gallery features a changing exhibition of the museum's
most illustrious objects, and allows visitors to see more of its remarkable
holdings.
Open year-round, the Gallery will feature objects such as the Bay Psalm
Book, selections from James Joyce's manuscript for Ulysses,
personal letters by George Washington, sculpture by Matisse, silver
by Hester Bateman, oil-on-metal portrait miniatures, poetry and letters
by Marianne Moore, historical maps, old master drawings, early printing,
important Judaica, examples of fine press and printmaking, and much
more.
