How do you create a vampire? Although the fictional Dracula needed only his fangs, the real life Bram Stoker put years of careful planning into crafting his classic horror story. This exhibition allows a first-hand look at the research and working notes that Stoker used in preparing the tale of terror. It also features original Spiral Q Puppet Theater costumes for the annual Dracula Parade, and a reading corner and costume area for younger visitors to learn about Dracula and the man who created him.

October 2 - November 4, 2007

Curator: Kathy Haas, Rosenbach Museum & Library
