The Rosenbach’s neighborhood mapping projects connect a community’s past with its present, teaching students with historic maps, oral histories, local history research, drawings, photography and lots of neighborhood walks.

These projects have culminated in both published community maps and short films, all of which capture the relationship between history and a sense of place.
